90-Minute Sleep Guarantee
If you find that CutScene does not help you fall asleep within 90 minutes of consumption, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate the refund process, simply return the remaining product to us within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility for Refunds
Please note that our refund policy applies only to full orders of CutScene. Sample packets and special deals that explicitly state otherwise are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
Return Process
To receive a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support team at info@cutscenesleep.com to request a return authorization number (RAN).
b. Package the remaining product securely, including your original order receipt (if included with purchase) and the RAN provided by our Customer Support team.
c. Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect and process the return within 5-7 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
